A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the wholesale business of furniture and food, etc., and the Defendant is a person who runs wholesale business of furniture, small goods, etc. with the trade name of “D” in the complete city of Jeonju-si.

B. The Plaintiff supplied goods, such as furniture, to the Defendant from May 16, 2014 to January 4, 2019, but did not receive KRW 33,208,041 from the Defendant.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 8, 2019 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks, the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, as claimed by the Plaintiff.
