1. The Defendant’s KRW 176,100,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from May 27, 2006 to September 30, 2015, and the following.

Reasons

1. On November 9, 2006, the Plaintiff indicated the claim was affirmed by a favorable judgment against the Defendant in the case of restitution and damages due to the cancellation of the sales contract in violation of the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch 2006Gahap2770 on November 9, 2006, but the claim is re-written in order to suspend extinctive prescription as to the claim for principal and interest (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
