Criminal facts
Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the following narcotics were treated as follows:
1. Around April 2019, the Defendant: (a) imported narcotics, etc. into the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea; and (b) imported narcotics, etc., such as marijuana and lsD, into the Republic of Korea, and imported them closely as follows.
In July 2019, the smuggling B concealed three marijuana storage sets in the scon paper with a vinyl paper, and then entered them into the paper box with the recipient “C”, “Gwank-gu, D, Eho, and contact number “F”, respectively, and sent them to the Republic of Korea using international special invoice, and the above international special invoice B arrived at the supply port of Jung-gu Incheon Incheon Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, on July 24, 2019. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 22134, Jul. 11, 2019>
Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant imported marijuana into the Republic of Korea in Japan.
B. On July 23, 2019, LSD smuggling B concealed Chapter Ten of LSD 10 in a postal bag, and entered them into “C”, “Gwank-gu, D building, Eho, and contact address”, respectively, and sent them to the Republic of Korea by means of international mail, and the said international mail arrives at the port of supply of Jung-gu Incheon Seo-dong Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon on July 24, 2019.
Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant imported lsD in Japan.
2. Around 14:40 on August 8, 2019, the Defendant, holding marijuana for sale, by subdividing approximately 178.4g of marijuana into a small vinyl package to sell it at the Defendant’s residence, and storing it by dividing it into a small vinyl package.
