The issue is that the judgment of the court below which did not make any judgment on the defendant's mental and physical disorder together with the unfair sentencing in the appeal of each judgment of the court of first instance is erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles as well as the illegality of the omission of judgment and the incomplete hearing on the mental

According to the records, the defendant appealed against each judgment of the first instance and asserted only unfair sentencing as the grounds for appeal. Thus, the argument in the grounds of appeal on the premise of objection is rejected.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
