Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Points of lsD import, which is a psychotropic drug;

A. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around November 24, 2016, discovered “G”, a site where narcotics were sold by accessing “F” the Internet search site using the Defendant’s mobile phone; and (b) had the intent to closely import ls via the above site; and (c) settled the amounting to approximately 41,000 won by linking the website with “G”, which is KRW 41,00,000.

Accordingly, the operator of the above site in Canada attached LSD 11 to 3 joints of LSD 11 to an international trade mail, and then sent the recipient to the defendant, stating the defendant, 'A', 'A', 'A', 5 Dongdong-gu, Busan, 207, and 5 Dong 207.

Then, on December 2016, 2016, the above postal items concealed lsD arrive at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant received the said postal items at around the first 17:00 residence around December 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the person who is the operator of the above site, imported ls 11 from Canada to the Republic of Korea.

B. On March 7, 2017, the Defendant ordered LSD 25 of KRW 110,00 in the amount of KRW 115,00 in the Republic of Korea through “G”, as described in subparagraph 1(a), at the Defendant’s residence located in H around the Haju-si around February 15, 2017.

Since then, the above postal item concealed lsD, at around 16:40 on February 23, 2017, arrived at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, as Canadian Aviation I, and the Defendant was above the above residence around 12:00 on March 7, 2017.
