On April 30, 2002, the Plaintiff leased the Defendant’s 11,00,00,000 deposit money, monthly rent of KRW 7,00,000, and from May 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002, subparagraph 101 of the underground among the above buildings (hereinafter “instant underground No. 101”) to the Defendant’s wife D with deposit money of KRW 11,00,00,00, monthly rent of KRW 1,224,00, and the lease period of KRW 1,00,00, from May 1, 2002 to December 31, 202.

On December 31, 2002, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant and the instant underground 104 KRW 9,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 900,000, and with respect to KRW 13,600,000, monthly rent of KRW 13,600, monthly rent of KRW 1,360,000, which extends the lease period to December 31, 2003, but the Defendant and D did not pay the Plaintiff the increased deposit.

As the Defendant and D did not pay the increased amount of deposit in arrears and the increased amount of deposit, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming for the registration of buildings with the Seoul Northern District Court 2004Kadan29375, and was referred to the conciliation by the same court on September 15, 2004, and on December 31, 2005, a conciliation protocol containing the following: “The Plaintiff shall guarantee the lease of Nos. 101 and 104 under the ground of this case until December 31, 2005, and the Defendant and D shall jointly and severally pay KRW 5,00,000 per month to the Plaintiff.”

On January 1, 2008, the Plaintiff, Defendant, and D agreed to change the name of the lessee with respect to No. 101 of the instant underground of this case from D to the Defendant.

around this time, the deposit of 101 underground of this case was raised due to the overdue rent of 2,400,000 won, and the deposit of 104 underground of this case remains 9,00,000 won.

On January 1, 2012, the Plaintiff: KRW 26,00,000 for the Defendant and the instant underground 101; KRW 2,308,80 for the monthly rent; KRW 22,80,00 for the instant underground 104; KRW 22,80,000 for the monthly rent; and KRW 1,96 for the monthly rent.
