마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime
On September 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court on September 3, 2015 and completed the enforcement of the sentence on May 10, 2016.
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered, traded, possessed, received, and delivered the Mesophopopic (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. At around 14:00 on March 9, 2017, the Defendant administered administered 0.05 grams at the shopping center located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (D) by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophone into a disposable injection machine, dilution with raw water, and in a way of injection into his/her own stuffes.
2. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:40 on March 9, 2017, received cash 300,000 won from G from the front of the “F” building located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with the cost of philopon; and (b) delivered two disposable injection equipment containing approximately 0.81g of philopon to G and sold it.
3. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant carried approximately 4.2g of philopon and approximately 0.06g of philopon contained in the plastic flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon c

1. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the lower end of the lower end of August 2016, the Defendant: (b) 200,000 won from L in the L car parked in front of the Incheon Southern-gu Hospital; and (c) 200,000 won from L to the opon amount; and (d) 30 minutes after getting out of the Defendant’s mixed vehicle; and (c) 30 minutes after having returned to the Defendant’s vehicle, sold the opon to L in a way that the opon copon 0.3g of the opon.
2. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) a one-time injection device that contains approximately 0.05g opononon from the n basin 1st floor toilet located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul.
