The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around December 21, 2017, around 05:36, the Defendant publicly insultd the victim by referring to “F” as the title “F” on the Internet homepage (E) bulletin board of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul apartment house and 106 dong 307, and 106 dong 307.
2. Judgment dismissing a public prosecution for complaint subject to prosecution (Article 312(1) and Article 311 of the Criminal Act) on September 10, 2018, which was after the institution of the instant public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
