2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On June 28, 1996, the policy-holders signed a comprehensive workplace security insurance contract with Defendant KDB Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant KDB Life Insurance Co., Ltd.”) and the Plaintiff as the insured and beneficiaries outside of death (hereinafter “Defendant KDB Life Insurance”).

B. On June 4, 1999, the Plaintiff entered into an accidentless dividends beer insurance (hereinafter “No. 2 insurance”) with Defendant Hansung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”) and the Plaintiff as the insured and non-insured beneficiaries (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.” at the time of the contract, and both the first and second insurance are referred to as “each of the instant insurance”).

C. The major terms and conditions of each of the instant insurance are as follows.

(1) Article 7 (Reasons for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Terms and Conditions of the first insurance [General Guarantee Workers' Insurance Terms and Conditions] (1) The Company shall pay the insurance money agreed to the beneficiary (referring to the "Insurance Money Payment Schedule" in attached Table 1) when any of the following events occurs to the insured:

upon receipt of the beneficiary (hereinafter referred to as “beneficiary”)

(i) to pay the agreed benefits (referring to the Schedule of Standards for Payment of Insurance Money" in Schedule 1);
