1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on May 16, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after November 3, 2018 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
