Reasons

On November 5, 2013, the Defendant filed an application with the Plaintiff for a payment order as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article with the cause of the claim for the claim for the price of goods sold at around 2004. It is apparent that the above claim for the price of goods at the time of the application for the above payment order has expired by three years.
