A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and by a fine of one million won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant

A is a group of candidates E who run for the election of the head of the D Gun, among the 6th nationwide local elections implemented on June 4, 2014, and Defendant B has no certain occupation, and anyone is prohibited from making a contribution on behalf of a candidate or a person who intends to become a candidate in connection with the election.

Nevertheless, on April 2014, Defendant A conspiredd to assist in the election campaign of E by holding a meeting of the electorates for the purpose of E, and by allowing Defendant B to participate in the meeting of the electorates and to appeal for support by participating in the meeting of the electorates, with the statement to the effect that Defendant A, a member of the d head of the Gu, who is the small Aband E, would be a member of the d head of the Gu, to be a member of the d head of the Gu, if the place is set up. When the place is set up, Defendant A instructed Defendant B to hold the meeting of the electorates for the purpose of E.

On April 22, 2014, from around 19:00 to 21:00, the Defendants provided food, such as murdering, alcoholic beverages, etc., to the said electorates, by gathering 24 persons, including Defendant B’s Ha, who are the main figures of Defendant B, with food. E attended a meeting and distributing name cards with the participants in the meeting, and asking for support by stating that “It was difficult to get out at once.”

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to make contributions for prospective candidates E.
