1. The Defendant (Counterclaim) is prohibited from using the trade name “D” and “E” with respect to the operation of a driving school.
The principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall be judged together.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. From March 2, 2016, the Plaintiffs jointly completed the registration of a private teaching institute with the trade name of the FO (hereinafter “instant building”) H, H, and I “EM” (hereinafter “EM”) from around 2, 2016, and mainly provided extracurricular lessons for elementary school students and middle school students.
B. From June 2016 to the Plaintiffs’ proposal, the Defendant, the students of Plaintiff B’s high school, opened a subject of “high school class study” at one heading room of the instant high school in accordance with the Plaintiffs’ proposal, and paid part of the tuition fees for rent and mutual use to the Plaintiffs.
C. Since then on December 5, 2016, the number of students increased, the Defendant leased the instant building J and K, and opened a private teaching institute separately after completing the registration of a private teaching institute with the trade name of “E high school school” (hereinafter “the instant high school”) at the same place with the consent of the Plaintiffs, and operated a private teaching institute against high school students.

The term "E Academic Research Institute" (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Education Institute") and "E High Education Institute" (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Education Institute") shall comply with the following terms and conditions of the contract in good faith and enter into this contract:
[1] The time of preliminary high school (China 3) students’ transfer and takeover relation - The time of November 31 each year shall be managed by the middle school superintendent and taken over from December 1 to the high school superintendent.
