Examining the evidence of the first instance court’s adoption maintained by the lower court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations or by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the grounds for exclusion of illegality.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
