A candidate for medical treatment and custody shall be punished by medical treatment and custody.

1. Larceny;

A. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the total amount of 101,50 won managed by the victims three times in total.

2. An attempted larceny at night;

A. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant, who committed a crime against a victim under his name, was intruded into the above E building and arrived at the 11th floor in order to steals goods from the Busan Shipping Daegu E on August 31, 2018, and did not commit an attempted crime, with the entrance knife around the Hhode room in which the victim under his name was living.
