[Criminal Power] On February 15, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 28, 2004; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on October 26, 2007; imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months; and one year and six months for the same crime at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on May 21, 2009; and on May 20, the execution of the sentence was completed on December 22, 2013, after having been sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul East East District Court on May 20, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant tried to steal another person's property and had victims who work as a seafarer unfolded a new wall, and applied that management was neglected to do so, and black the object of the crime.

1. On March 3, 2014, around 08:00, the Defendant brought property equivalent to KRW 400,000,000 in the market price, such as one Samsung mobile phone operator in the location of clothes and one point in the market price of KRW 200,000,000 in the market price, where the victim E, who works as a seafarer, was in a place where the victim E, was in a sloped room.

2. The Defendant, at the time of the time and time set forth in Paragraph 1, went back to the victim F, who works as a seafarer from the house of Paragraph 1 as the date and time set forth above, brought scar equivalent to KRW 2,50,000 in total to the market price of the victim, including one cellular phone machine and cash KRW 50,000,000.

3. At around 08:20 on the same day as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant brought 10,000 won in total of the market price of Samsung G G G, which is equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 in the market price, following the following day: (a) around 08:20, the Defendant came to work as a seafarer at H’s house located in the Gunsan-si G.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property amounting to KRW 1,690,000 in total on three occasions.
