1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant VielNF, Inc., leaves the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) the defendant.
Reasons
1. On June 9, 2016, the Plaintiff’s indication of the claim terminated the lease contract (deposit: 45,000,000 won, monthly rent: 1,800,000 won, and 5 years: 5 years) on the real estate listed in the separate sheet on the ground of delinquency in rent for at least three at least three of the period of rent payment of the Defendant Belurururitius Co., Ltd. (the actual possessor of the Defendant NonELNF Co., Ltd.) and thereafter claims restitution of unjust enrichment on the part of the Plaintiff’s restoration to the original state.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
