1. The deposit for lease between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is 2010 Ghana364 decided April 22, 2010.

Reasons

1. On April 22, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the interruption of extinctive prescription of a claim based on the above judgment (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) on April 22, 2010, where the judgment was rendered in favor of the Defendant as the deposit for lease, and the judgment became final and conclusive, but has not yet repaid the money.
