The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 00:20 on December 8, 2018, the Defendant, at around 00:20 on the charge, assaulted the victim D with his/her son and body fights in front of the 'C' restaurant in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City. 2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
