1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 30, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 14, 2014 and March 14, 2014, lent a total of KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant, but was paid only KRW 10,00,000 among them. The Plaintiff sought refund of the remaining loans to the Defendant and payment for delay damages.
