1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
On January 10, 2018, pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the court ordered the Plaintiff to provide security for the costs of lawsuit, and the Plaintiff filed an immediate appeal against the above order to provide security with Seoul Western District Court 2018Ra1071. However, on November 13, 2018, the above court rejected the order. The Plaintiff re-appealed with Supreme Court Decision 2018Ma7493, Mar. 8, 2019.
Accordingly, the above order to provide security was confirmed on the same day, but since the plaintiff did not provide security within the period specified in the above order to provide security from the date of confirmation of the above order to provide security, it is decided to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
