Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years and by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.
During 0.19g (Evidence No. 1) of seized philophones.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, who is not a person handling narcotics, was not a person handling narcotics, was prohibited from dealing with clophophones (cophophones; hereinafter “copphones”), which are a local mental medicine, and was administered and imported as follows.
A. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.2 g of philophones in the “AF hotel” room located in the Thailand from around 02:00 to the “AF hotel” room with the wife AB, and then administering philophones by inserting the smoke generated by heating the philophones into the philophone medication room in a way of spreading.
B. On June 1, 2017, around 01:05, the Defendant imported Handphones, sealed approximately 3.76g of Handphones in the International Port of Thailand, which was cocked with a vinyl 3.76g of Handphones, and went into the Incheon International Airport in the Republic of Korea around the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones into the Republic of Korea in Thailand.
2. Although Defendant AB was not a person dealing with narcotics, the Defendant did not handle philophones, which are a local mental medicine, the following philophones were administered and taken.
A. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.2g of philophones in the “AF hotel” room located in the territory of the Thailand at around 02:00, in a philophone medication room, which is favorable to A with her husband, and then administering philophones by inserting the smoke that occurs by heating the philophones with her husband.
B. At around 10:00 on June 1, 2017, the Defendant, who possesses phiphones, filed a lawsuit by means of keeping approximately 0.19g of phiphones in the narcotics investigation department and office of the Dong Incheon Central Headquarters Customs Office in the form of keeping approximately 0.19g of phiphones in the card wallets.
