1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,402,472 as well as 20% per annum from July 15, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking payment of working expenses agreed to be paid by the non-party corporation to the Plaintiff (e.g., Gwangju District Court 2013da668555) upon termination of a large amount of original work with respect to the non-party Korea’s trade association (hereinafter “non-party corporation”) (hereinafter “non-party corporation”). After being transferred to the conciliation procedure (e.g., Gwangju District Court 2013Ma20147) in the above case, the above court shall pay KRW 31,045,240 to the Plaintiff by January 17, 2014, and if the said money is not paid by the payment date, the unpaid money and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the date following the date of payment to the date of full payment, and the decision in lieu of the above conciliation became final and conclusive at that time.

B. On February 19, 2014, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with Nonparty 5,735 square meters of B factory site and its ground-based factory buildings and affiliated buildings (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) on the date of the contract with Nonparty 2, who purchased the machinery and equipment, equipment, forkepts, goodwill, and authorization right located in the above factory building as a total of seven billion won. The down payment amount is KRW 250 million and intermediate payment KRW 6,150,611,00 on the date of the contract (However, the specific method of payment is to pay the debt of the Nonparty corporation or the debt of the person holding provisional attachment right to the non-Party corporation, which is to pay KRW 59,389,000 to KRW 30 billion on April 30, 2014 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The real estate sales price is KRW 3700,000,000,000 on each of the instant real estate and its affiliated buildings (hereinafter “the instant real estate sales contract”).
