No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or force sexual traffic, or provide a place for sexual traffic.
Defendant
A on March 2015, 2015, a person who takes over and operates a commercial sex dealing business establishment of "E" on the fourth D2 floor in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, D2, in five rooms, from that time, employs female workers from that time to that of the time, and let male guests communicate with each other. From January 2016, a person who employs a female sex trafficking F and has sexual intercourse with a male guest and receives KRW 110,00 won from a sexual buying customer and pays KRW 60,000 among them to F, and Defendant B conspiredd to receive the payment of sexual traffic from sexual buying customers two times or more during one month from March 2015, to guide the place of sexual traffic.
Accordingly, at around 20:30 on February 25, 2016, Defendant A had Defendant B receive 110,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from the control police officer and guide Defendant A to sexual intercourse with the above F.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit acts of arranging sexual traffic, such as providing a place of sexual traffic, from March 2015 to February 25, 2016.
