On July 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the effect that “The Government operates the C Tour Agency in the City of Government, E” is set at the cost of KRW 200,000 per capita, and transfers money to the effect that “The Defendant secured the ticket and the ticket of accommodation to secure and reduce the travel for a fixed period of five days on January 16, 2014.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to send family travel with the right to aviation and accommodation as above for the victim.

The defendant of the "2014 Highest 548" is the representative of the corporation C in the second E-2nd floor of the Council of the Government, who has been engaged in travel service by using one full-time worker.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while working in the company from October 5, 2012 to January 9, 2013, did not pay KRW 1.2 million wage of December 2012, 201, within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

On May 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) operated a travelr called “Co. C”; (b) concluded an overseas travel contract with the victim G on May 28, 2013; and (c) made a false promise to make an air ticket necessary for travel.

However, the defendant promises the airline tickets, etc. as agreed upon by the victim.
