1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from June 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
However, “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, and at the second date for pleading, corrective statement shall be made by correcting that “the amount calculated by the rate of 19% per annum from June 21, 2015 to the date of full payment” is sought at the rate of 19% per annum from June 21, 2015 to the date of full payment).
