1. Habitual theft;

A. At around 23:00 on September 10, 2015, the Defendant discovered and intruded the door door of the EM520 vehicle parked by the victim D at the cudio parking lot in the East Sea, and opened and intrudeed the door of the non-Correctioned vehicle, and had 34,000 won in cash and one key of the victim’s possession inside the vehicle.

B. On September 10, 2015, around 23:22, the Defendant discovered a two-use apartment in the East Sea, which was parked by the victim F in the street, and opened a door of a vehicle that was parked by the victim F in the 149, and intruded into the vehicle, and did not carry out the intent of the vehicle, but did not carry out any money and valuables.

C. The Defendant discovered the date and time set forth in the foregoing Paragraph (b), and found the vehicle height in GM5 car parked by the victim F, and temporarily used the victim’s vehicle for about three minutes from approximately 500 meters to the front road of the wheelchairs Park in the East Sea, which is located from the above place to the wheel Street Park in the East Sea without the victim’s consent.
