1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 192,143,856 and the period from April 25, 2013 to January 16, 2015.

According to the goods supply contract concluded with Defendant Future Marine Development Co., Ltd. on December 19, 201, the Plaintiff supplied the company with goods such as 482,143,856 won from December 31, 201 to October 4, 2012, and Defendant A jointly and severally guaranteed the above goods payment obligation.
However, Defendant Future Marine Development Co., Ltd., from January 20, 2012 to April 24, 2013, did not pay the remainder after paying only KRW 290 million out of the price of the above goods. Thus, Defendant Future Marine Development Co., Ltd., claiming for the payment of the amount of unpaid goods and damages for delay.

(a) Defendant future marine development corporation: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant A: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
