A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are parents of deceased C (Death on July 30, 2013) and the parents of deceased C on June 19, 2002.

B. On January 24, 2005, the network C entered into a life insurance contract including a special agreement between the insured as the deceased on January 24, 2005, which received KRW 50,000,000 of the insurance money when the insured died as the inheritor of the beneficiary, and the insured was paid KRW 100,000,000 of the insurance money when the insured died due to a disaster.

(hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). C.

On August 14, 2013, with the consent of the Defendant designating the Plaintiff as the representative beneficiary for the receipt of insurance proceeds, the Plaintiff claimed insurance proceeds under the instant insurance contract on the ground of the deceased’s death of the deceased. However, on December 11, 2013, the ASEAN Life Insurance paid only KRW 50,000,000 of the death insurance proceeds.

On the other hand, in the inheritance commenced due to the death of the deceased C on July 30, 2013, the plaintiff and the defendant agreed to divide the inherited property as follows.

1. Of the inherited property, No. 102, No. 709, of the Dapo-si, Kimpo-si, is owned by the defendant.

The plaintiff shall not inherit the above real estate to co-inheritors.

2. The inherited property shall be owned by the defendant Hamatha.

3. The applicant and beneficiary of the deceased C’s national pension coverage shall be the defendant, and the plaintiff shall cooperate therein.

4. A claim for insurance money or refund for termination of various insurance contracts to which the deceased C is insured, and the beneficiary shall be the plaintiff, and the defendant shall cooperate with the plaintiff.

5. Any other content not entered in the agreement shall be divided by agreement among co-inheritors.

On October 17, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the division of inherited property with the following content:

Since then, ASEAN Life Insurance is supported by the Incheon District Court for the plaintiff and the defendant.
