1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 56,183,485 and KRW 30,000 among them, the amount of KRW 56,183,485 from October 9, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3, and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);
