Punishment of the crime
On February 14, 2017, the Defendant driven a Bcom-sports car with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.168% in blood, while under the influence of alcohol, from around 22:06 to around 23:09 on the same day from the front day of the fish-to-air hotel located in 497 in Ansan-si, Annyang-si, the Gu, at around 23:09, to the front day of the building.
