The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

On September 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on April 17, 2018.

1. 강제추행 피고인은 2019. 2. 18. 00:50경 부산 동구 B에 있는 C에서 위 주점 코너주인 피해자 D(여, 47세)과 동석하여 술을 마시던 중 피해자의 상의 위로 손을 올려 가슴을 만진 다음 상의 안으로 손을 넣으려고 하고, “엉덩이 좀 만져보자”라고 말하며 피해자의 바지 속으로 손을 넣어 만지려고 하는 순간 이를 제지하는 피해자에게 “콱, 때리뿔라. 내 무서운 사람이다” 라고 말하며 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 수회 만져 피해자를 강제추행하였다.
