1. The Defendant’s claim and purport of KRW 50,00,000 against the Plaintiff as of May 2, 2016 to the Plaintiff as of April 29, 2016.

Reasons

1. On June 8, 2010, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 200 million to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 30 million (the issuance of a promissory note with a face value of KRW 300 million from sight) - The Defendant paid KRW 23.5 million in total five times from June 2010 to October 2010, and thereafter, sought payment of KRW 50 million as part of loans in arrears with the repayment of the principal and interest.
