On September 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Western District Court on September 20, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 28, 2012, and is currently under the grace period.

Criminal facts

1. Interference with business;

A. On November 21, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed in E-cafeteria operated by the victim D on the first floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul; (b) expressed that female employees F are drunk, and (c) made it possible for customers to enter the said restaurant without any justifiable reason, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

B. At around 09:40 on January 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed in the above E-cafeteria operated by the victim D that “I will die by creating a person before and after his or her husband; (b) the Defendant expressed that “I will throw away all the elderly; (c) I will do not have a husband; (d) I will do so; and (d) I interfere with the victim’s restaurant business by abusing disturbance by force, such as cutting down the fluen among the table and spreading the water into the bottom.”

C. On January 31, 2013, at the above E cafeteria operated by the victim D on January 14:16, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding the disturbance of “a pair of years, laping so sing, laping, laping, laping, laping, laping, laping, or laping.”

At around 15:00 on January 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim H in the G apartment 2nd floor in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) expressed the victim and the customer J as “Nararararaly Chewing, gym, gymal, symal sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym sym s

2. On January 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, at the above I cafeteria; and (b) No. 1 d.

As described in the paragraph, the defendant was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 that he is suffering from disturbance in the restaurant.
