A. On February 20, 1994, the Plaintiff lent KRW 100 million to C Co., Ltd. operated by the Defendant, at the rate of 2% per month and due date of payment on June 30, 1994.

B. Upon the failure of C Co., Ltd to pay loans on time, the Defendant, a representative director, drafted a letter of intent to repay the above loans to the Plaintiff on July 31, 2007.

C. The Defendant repaid the leased principal of KRW 35 million up to August 1, 2015. The Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the payment of KRW 65 million and damages for delay after August 2, 2015.
