Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On May 16, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol 0.180% during blood transfusion around 20:30%, the Defendant started from the street in front of the GS convenience store located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-ro, Hongcheon-do, and driven a Bgalm truck from approximately 1km to the front left of the welfare center for the elderly in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, in the same Eup/Myeon.
