Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s decision to reverse the judgment of conviction of the first instance court and not guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on fraud by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
