Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On June 23, 2015, at around 09:55, the Defendant driven a B Poter II cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 1 km from the front day of the Dongdodo New Town located in the Dongcheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, to the long-distance of the unification zone located in the same Ri.
