1. On June 22, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the victim D operated by the victim D in Ansan-si, the Defendant “I will supply the construction materials to the F apartment site site manager in Ansan-si, but will later settle the construction materials on credit.”

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On July 10, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would offer money in advance to a third party when sending things to the third party,” by calls from the injured party G at an insular point (hereinafter referred to as “insular area”) around 14:10.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any money and did not have any intention or ability to pay the money even if he received the goods from the injured party.

As above, the Defendant: (a) had the victim by deceiving the victim; (b) had the victim, and had the victim transferred the victim through H, one wallet, one male wallet, one female wallet, and one bellt in total amount of KRW 200,000,000 in the market value around July 11, 2016.
