The sentence of the lower court (one year of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution, two years of community service order, 120 hours) is too unhued and unreasonable.

Judgment

In light of the number of the victims of this case and the number of damages, etc., the crime is not easy, and the defendant did not agree with the victims until the trial of the case, and the defendant paid only 2 million won out of part of the damage amount to the victim I, and did not compensate for the remainder of the damage amount and other victims.
