[Criminal Power] On January 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of a suspended sentence of imprisonment for six months as a crime of fraud in the Gwangju District Court's support for the promotion of the head of Gwangju District Court. 1. On October 16, 2017, the fraud Defendant posted a notice on the Defendant’s residence in Q Q Q Q Q, stating that the fact does not have an intent or ability to send overseas service activities, and that “R” page is false to the victim S, who reported and contacted the same purport, and received KRW 320,000 from the victim to the U bank account (V) in the same day as the cost of overseas service from around the time to April 27, 2018, and received KRW 3,153,500 in total from 26 victims over a total of 26 times, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

2. On April 2018, the Defendant posted a statement to the effect that “The Defendant would sell X’s 112,500 logs to KRW 200,000,000, using mobile phones at his/her own W in his/her dwelling place located in Q Q in the Hong-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the same year.”

6. Around 25, there was a false statement to the victim Y who reported and contacted this, stating that “If you send KRW 200,000,000,000, to X Contacts will send them.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to transfer the victim's ticket even if he received the X contact purchase price from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 20,000 won from the victim as the purchase price in the Z bank account (A) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

A. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant’s intent or ability to send a ticket even if he/she receives a ticket price in the Defendant’s dwelling in Q Q in Jeon-gun, Jeonnam-gun.
