The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on October 19, 2012 and October 24, 2012 of the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning and found the defendant not guilty on the ground that there is no proof of facts constituting a crime, and there is no violation of law by violating logical and empirical rules and by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
