The Plaintiffs entered into a construction contract with the Plaintiff Sung Branch Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Sung Branch Construction”), 50% of the investment ratio, Plaintiff A 33% of the Plaintiff Dae Branch Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Dae Branch Construction”), 10% of the Plaintiff Dae Branch Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Dae Branch Construction”), and 7% of the Plaintiff Daedo Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Daedo Development”), and constituted a joint supply and demand organization with the representative as Plaintiff Sung Branch Construction.

On August 22, 2003, the Plaintiffs concluded a contract for construction work in the method of a long-term continuing contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant, setting the total amount of KRW 85,103,174,00 with respect to the instant construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) as KRW 85,103,174,00, and the date of commencement, August 28, 2003, and the total construction period of KRW 2,520.

Of the general conditions of the construction contract applicable to the instant construction contract (hereinafter “general conditions”), the parts related to the instant case are as shown in attached Table 1.

The instant construction contract was amended by the method of a long-term continuing contract, and was amended by the method of continuing expenditure contract on February 19, 2008, and thereafter, it was changed by six times as shown below.

The grounds for extension of the deadline for completion of the instant construction contract and the extension deadline are as follows.
