1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 43,988,00 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 9, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (Presidential Decree No. 26553) is promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015. As such, 20% per annum until September 30, 2015 and 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied (Article 2(2) of the Addenda), and the Plaintiff’s claim that exceeds the above recognition scope is dismissed
