The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On February 21, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:10, abused the victim’s face on the road, on the hand floor of the victim D (Nam, 42 years of age) one time, and without any reason, assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face one time by drinking.
2. Punishment for no decision: On July 2, 2020, after the institution of public prosecution of this case under Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act, the same year.
