As to the foregoing case, this Court ordered the defendant B to take nine of the orders with respect to the judgment rendered on December 13, 2018.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25(1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
