A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a general manager of the Eriju racing, who is a person in charge of cooking affairs, such as managing and supervising the employees of the above cooking operation, and the victim F (the age of 23) is a person who works as a cook in the above cooking operation.
