A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Punishment of the crime
On April 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for rape, injury, or rape in the Ganwon District Court's branch on April 4, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on November 12, 2015.

1. Accordingly, the victims of the crime committed violence against the defendant.
[2018 Highest 4837] On June 14, 2018, the Defendant found the victim L(53 years of age) to drink alcohol on the road in front of the K cafeteria located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul High Court, and proposed knife, and subsequently, the Defendant left the Defendant’s arms by taking advantage of plastics.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim as a dangerous plastic victim.
