The driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by checking the safety of pedestrians in a crosswalk where the driver of a motor vehicle well sees the front seat and has a crosswalk.

Nevertheless, the defendant has neglected to do so and is proceeding with the prior scam.

A victim C (ma, 67 years of age) who was a crosswalk on the left-hand side of the proceeding direction was placed in front of the left-hand side of the Defendant's driving vehicle.

The Defendant suffered injury, such as blood transfusion, due to such occupational negligence, from an injury to the victim, which requires approximately 12 weeks medical treatment.

2. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, on April 2012, the defendant did not make a transfer registration after he acquired the EXE car from a person who was not the person who was not the person who was his name.
