With respect to the instant case, the Court held that the instant case was “assumptive 14 and 15” on October 25, 2012 between the grounds for the judgment sentenced on October 25, 201.

Reasons

Because there is an obvious error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio in accordance with Article 25 of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
